I have worked in some places where people are happy to help each other out with work things, and some places where any request is treated like a huge imposition.

I wonder what leads to that difference in workplace culture. The places where people are helpful to each other are so much nicer to work at.

@MLE_online my job has gone from helpful to unhelpful in the time I've been here and it's definitely from attitudes of people higher up. Turnover created a new culture really fast. I'm also looking for a new job 🙃

How does one search for a new job and get excited about leaving the hell you're in when work is dumb and I'm NEVER excited about it no matter where it is. I don't have a dream job. I don't dream of working.

@faab64 @palestine @israel one of my favorite memories is coming home from Palestine and my grandmother packed us a nice lunch for the trip. She included these little cucumbers, similar to the picture. 8 year old American raised Hiba thought it was weird. But those were some of the best cucumbers I've ever eaten. I think about them a lot.
