Some US politicians are saying the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel (or the US, they nervously hasten to add) while others are saying we have to punish the court by cutting off its funding (which the US doesn't even give it) or issuing some sanctions
So which the fuck is it? If the court lacks jurisdiction, why do you have to punish it?
Anyway I fully expect there will be a full court press against the ICC, no pun meant. Countries like the UK, US and Germany, who are already making noises about how badly the court has overstepped, may just pull out of it completely
