Garland appointing Robert Hur could theoretically be attributed as a bad mistake (if you choose to believe that.)

But Garland’s refusal to speak out about the report afterward is not “independence” or “neutrality”, it is a tacit endorsement of the report.

Don’t let anyone tell you that you cannot speak up about his actions or non-actions of the person serving as Attorney General.

Garland’s is an appointed member of the Cabinet and he owes the country answers.

I remember under Trump, when the Mueller report came out Barr did not give out the original report but the Barr version!

as for the knife comment, R's do whatever they want thinking "we will get away with it! and maybe we will get one of our right wing judges to approve our position!"
and they keep trying! never give up!
D's start out saying "Oh, we can not do that, it's illegal, not right, whatever!"
does not matter in the long run! an uneducated, not too smart population is easy pickings for people like trump!

Researchers estimate that if the top 1% of Americans paid the full amount of taxes they owed, it would raise $175 billion a year.

That’s just UNPAID taxes. Not new or higher taxes.

This is the real looting in America.

As a person who spent his entire professional life in the tax business, i can attest to the below. The rich, not all, but a lot, think rules do not apply to them. And their money allows them to buy politicians who do their bidding. Like cutting the IRS budget and telling the poor and middle class it's for them!
Think the Panama Papers! All those off shore accounts!!
