@GottaLaff NFL: As explained by various lawyers during the FTX case, prosecutors and courts don't actually want jail for defendants in long complex cases (unlike their demands in simpler cases), because it's a big slow pain in the butt for everyone to deal with daily transport to court and meetings with lawyers.

@AbandonedAmerica I guess I misread one of the pages referring to it. I thought the first floor was still a fire house, but it looks like the entire building is the DCTV now.

This page shows the first floor as rentable venue space, though at least some fixture stuff was preserved such as the overhead door.

An important thing to clarify on the newly formed Mastodon 501(c)(3) entity: it's not here to make or influence product decisions. It has no legal ability to enforce any such changes. Primary operations will remain led by the Germany-based Mastodon gGmbH, and this won’t change.

The focus of the U.S entity is to provide another vehicle for donations and other forms of support. The Board has no legal "control" beyond this.
