There seems to be a plague of squirrels around Leeds today. There are 5 in my garden ATM and Wesley chased at least that many on his walk this morning.

@MaJ1 might know why, he's the Fediverse's resident squirrel! 😉

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello Wednesday. A chilly start this morning but sunny later. Tomorrow we have snow, possibly. We shall see.

Years ago, my then girlfriend, now someone else's wife, drove an old beat up Japanese car her grandad gave her when she passed her test. I was always fixing something on it for her. Anyway, on a long drive her gearbox ate itself and basically exploded. There were bits of gears and casings everywhere. You could say, it was raining Datsun cogs.

Today's random photos are from a walk with Wesley by the Leeds Liverpool Canal near Rodley, yesterday. We saw two Roe Deer and three Little Egrets amongst other "normal" wildlife around here

I managed crappy shots of the deer, but only one if them the other bolted, and one egret.
