2 wks: Roofer comes, contractor fixes area$$

Meantime, we very well may take an impromptu driving trip to BC on Sunday because there is a really good house our agent alerted us to and we need to see it up close.

(Don't tell Hammy, he loves these trips and he'll go NUTS.)

I'm curious how many people are NOT aware of the eclipse today and are going to be driving today and lose their minds over the total solar eclipse. 🤔

(I used to assume people paid attention to the news, but that is no longer the case).

House hunting in remotely with our twins as our eyes, ears, using FaceTime is... novel.

It sure beats driving 1200 miles on a whim like we did a month ago.

@GottaLaff @grammargirl We looked at a house once that smelled so strongly of a certain pungent spice that both my husband and I were like NOPE! We would have had to rip out all of the carpeting, repaint etc before we could even consider living in it.

I had 4 citronella tea lights (you know, the little metal cups) on my back patio table yesterday and they're GONE. Husband didn't touch them. I thought I'd heard something out back late last night. Has anyone had large birds or squirrels or something else steal candles? So freaking weird.
