they still do maintain a regional trails map

and i can still USE THAT if I don't have anything ELSE

Is part of the internet off on holiday? About half or more of my feed isn't loading images and/or avatars. The rest of it is fine. And I can load up some websites fine and some don't load at all. (On Firefox/Android/city internet wifi)

king county's map only does major regional recrational trails but that still gets you a link area that I can use for the big gap area

I think it's kinda funny how Mercer Island is assembled from three different maps

Seattle's map provides a flag grey expanse they barely bothered to label, King County's says "yeh there's some roads and a couple of parks I guess" and 2 Line says HERE IS EVERYTHING WE CAN FIND xD

seattle wanting you to know that they do not give a single solitary fuck about mercer island is hilarious to me

if anyone's wondering why the MEGAMAP tag is where it is it's because the King County chunk has some text under there that refers entirely to shit off map and would be a monumental pain in the arse to remove

with the current beta (now de facto RC1) of the megamap, i included more of the seattle map by making the infobox in the lower right taller

but I still had to cut off a bit of the southernmost parts of Seattle to keep it square

kinda thinking of making an extra version that has the full Seattle map on the left and a bunch of open space centre and right, and labelling it "Here there be dragons, and also, Renton"

@MessagingMatters The implication as I read it was that she was not trying to engage in sabotage of US foreign policy for the benefit of the Republican Party and against Joe Biden and the Democrats.

There are many ways to suck up to Trump - oh so very, very many ways. All of them are easier than flying to Israel, getting access to Israeli bombs, and creating a photo op that will absolutely be used to recruit thousands or tens of thousands of people to movements such as the Taliban and Islamic State.

Haley knows what she did, and what it would do.

This was more than sucking up to Trump.

@jenk3 Doesn't matter. I mean, okay, it matters some. But oil is fungible and the market is global, and any sudden surprise in demand - or supply -affects us plenty.

And more, our refineries aren't actually super great at our own oil and many can't even process it because most of 'em - well, lots of 'em, enough that it's a big deal - got built in the Saudi Arabia era.

Oil has to stop mattering, and the sooner, the better.

For the last couple of days I've been working on an #OpenSCAD program to create custom #Pantorouter tenons. Set the tenon dimensions, the inner bit/bearing, outer bit/bearing, rows/columns, and it does all the math. But after printing out a full size paper preview I think what I want to do is going to be much bigger than the Pantorouter can handle. #woodworking

@fozztexx @NF6X I... now that you say it, I think I've seen people do that intentionally. Have small channels, I mean. So you don't get trapped air and such. And similar reasons.
