50 billionaire families have spent $600 million+ on the 2024 elections, which is .06% of their total wealth.

The equivalent donation for an avg household would be ~$100.

This means 50 billionaires have the political-spending capacity of 6 million American families.

Oligarchy.

Justice Roberts refused to testify in a hearing on Supreme Court ethics.

Thomas secretly accepted gifts from a GOP megadonor and his wife was involved in Jan 6.

Alito flew not one, but two insurrectionist flags.

The list goes on.

Is it any wonder Americans don't trust SCOTUS?

Lately under Biden, the DOT regulated airline fees. The CFPB capped credit card fees. The DOL strengthened OT rules. Medicare is negotiating drug prices. The FTC banned noncompetes. Meanwhile, Trump is on trial, posting Nazi imagery, and talking about outlawing birth control.

Reminder: When you invest in the American people, the middle class expands, and the economy grows.

When you cut taxes on the rich, the rich get richer, and the gains don’t trickle down.

It’s that simple.

Trump asked Big Oil to give him $1 billion for his campaign last month.

He promised lower taxes and to gut environmental regulations in return.

Big Oil CEOs already appear to be taking him up on the offer, inviting Trump to a fundraiser in Houston yesterday.

Be warned.

The CEO of Live Nation — the parent company of TicketMaster — received $23.4 million in compensation last year.

Meanwhile, the median Live Nation employee was paid $28,207.

That’s a CEO-to-worker pay ratio of 833-to-1.

Monopoly power is terrible for everyone but rich CEOs.

Extending Trump's tax cuts would add an absurd $4.6 trillion to the deficit.

You probably didn't hear Republicans talk about this.

When we push for programs that will help people, the deficit hawks are
everywhere.

Now, they're nowhere to be found.

Funny how that works, huh?

I can't believe I even have to say this, but it is not normal that the Supreme Court is taking its sweet time to decide if the president can incite an insurrection to overturn an election and maintain power. This should have been decided already. The answer is no!

Nepo baby billionaire Timothy Mellon has given at least $25 million to elect RFK Jr.

He has also given at least $25 million to elect Trump.

The two campaigns are the same campaign — with the same donors and the same ultimate goal of putting Trump back in the White House.

Amazon squeezed sellers and jacked up prices.

Apple used its power to kill off challengers.

Ticketmaster/Live Nation leveraged its dominance to jack up ticket costs and tack on massive fees.

Each company is facing an antitrust lawsuit from the Biden admin.

This is a big deal.

Live Nation/Ticketmaster is a monopoly, which is why it can get away with providing awful service, charging exorbitant prices, and tacking on fees as high as 75% of the ticket price.

The DoJ will announce an antitrust lawsuit against the company this week.

This is a big deal.

The Appeal to Heaven flag isn't just tied to Jan 6.

It's a Christian nationalist symbol.

Christian nationalists believe that the law of the land is not the Constitution, but instead the law of God as they interpret it.

Do you see the problem with Alito flying this flag?

Trump keeps touting plans to deport millions of undocumented workers.

His vile attacks are as dumb as they are racist and xenophobic.

These people strengthen our communities, contribute to the economy, do essential jobs, and pay billions in taxes.

Don't fall for Trump's lies.

Remember: If markets were actually competitive, corporations would keep their prices as low as possible as they competed for customers.

Instead, the concentration of the American economy into the hands of a few corporate giants gives them the power to raise prices with impunity.

A pro-insurrection flag flew outside Samuel Alito's home after January 6th.

Clarence Thomas’ wife worked to overturn the 2020 election.

Both justices are set to rule on cases related to January 6th and subverting the election.

Is it any wonder Americans don't trust SCOTUS?

Trump said that he's "looking at" policies that would restrict birth control access.

He of course later backtracked, but look at his record.

He made it easier for employers to remove birth control coverage from insurance plans.

His Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
