@smallcircles Yup. Same thing happened to me a few days ago. Can't remember what I searched on but was shocked at what came up. Not one reference to the actual thing. It was all references to some popular something-or-other I'd never heard of.

@smallcircles I should add that I see no solution to this problem for search engines other than to provide a checkbox or mode: 1) Facts/Academic Mode 2) Popular Crap Mode.
