Steve was fired, went off to found Pixar and NeXT. The board brought him back.

In the intervening years, the Americans with Disabilities Act had been passed. Handicapped Parking.

Ol' Steve was used to parking right in front, so he parked in the handicapped parking..

The joke was, at Apple, let Steve park there. He's emotionally handicapped.
