Things like removing support and artificially slowing down the speed of their USB-C port, as well as the fact that they are stuck on SMS, an insecure, old technology just to keep people use and an iPhones is the reason I eventually switched over to after using an for 5-6 years

Their forcing of users to use their stuff instead of adapting standard technologies annoyed the hell out of me.

@brayd it's been disappointing to see that strategy play out for a while now.

Build on part of a standard.
Break interoperability.
Build proprietary solution that fixes what they broke.
Block competition from having the same capabilities.
Make competitors look like the problem.
