One of our kids is an Education major, and the program requires half-day student teaching... which will require some kind of car, and about 8000 miles driven in one semester. I am not liking this. We have worked hard to stick to one EV for a family of 4, and bike/bus most places.
I jokingly told them: "I may be old-fashioned, but as long as you're living under our roof, you're NOT doing fossil fuels!"
