As I get older I admit more that I actually do have emotions.
Just not very good at showing them.
I truly was emotionally compromised this week after hearing that my workmate of about 25 years, Debbie Amburgey, had passed away. That hit me hard. Still does. #Emotions#EmotionallyCompromised#Spock
@markwyner I did this last week with the toe next to the smallest. Badly enough that it went purple and painful and I got it X-rayed to make sure. The air turned completely blue.
@sarajw ouch. The thing about toes is that if you break them it’s hard to tell. And if you do, there’s not much you can do about it. You just suffer for a while.
@br00t4c Easy! Irrational, illogical ideations, beliefs. Rigidly held beliefs demanding others and the universe conform to those beliefs. The more others & the universe do not, the more they make themselves upset. Note: beliefs are not facts.
