Am I crazy for not wanting to repeat during the week? We've had:

Chicken (with brown rice, creamy mushroom sauce)
Turkey (tacos)
Fish (with egg pasta / roast cabbage)
Chickpea (in a roast veggie soup)
Cheese (pizza)

I guess sausages tonight? Or chili with veggie meat?

Avoiding beef and don't want it to be carb-centric (ie not lasagna). Already have tofu on the schedule for Meatless Monday.
