For anyone who's reading this and hasn't tried it, if you want a game with a great bladerunner / neon-mega-city atmosphere I strongly recommend chilling out with that game and a nice cup of tea.
Super excited for this! It reminded me of Shadows of Doubt at first, but when I saw how open it was, I was very interested. If you want something to scratch that itch, I suggest Shadows of Doubt, mainly focused on being a detective, solving procedurally created murders in a procedurally created city, but its pretty cool! https://store.steampowered.com/app/986130/Shadows_of_Doubt/
