Sony’s latest PS5 beta supports Dolby Atmos and up to 8TB of M.2 SSD storage
Today’s release also includes UI improvements, haptic feedback for navigation, and emoji for reacting to messages.
Computerchairgeneral, Glad to see Sony supporting bigger storage options, given how much space AAA games are taking up these days.
3rd, That's some great news for PS5 users, as games are getting bigger the ability of upgrading the storage up to 8TB is awesome!
Obsession, Hopefully this will fix the weird sound mixing on my Atmos setup - sounds from behind were much louder than sounds in front in some games (looking at you GoW 2), and I found no way to fix it

I'm definitely excited for the 8TB SSD support. My 2 TB SSD is 3/4 full.
