compost, Yoga is an amazing solution for gardeners concerned about the challenging work outside.
Earlier this year I decided to practice yoga daily. For the past 10 years, I have suffered from chronic back pain that used to be so bad that one year I had to ask for help with our gardens.
Yoga is slowly fixing that pain and most of the tension in my back is gone. Even when I have tough work to do with the compost, I am not as concerned as I used to be.
I can't describe the joy of working outside without the pain.
