No, asshole, you don't get to appeal AT ALL since you're unable or unwilling to post the amount you've been ordered to pay into escrow BECAUSE YOU'VE LOST YOUR CASE it's to ensure you're not just trying to delay payment.
The case is over already. It's not like they'd even have to hear the appeal even if he did post the escrow.
