smallcircles, 16 days ago @shlee it is people who follow you. So, I agree with you that is too wide of an information spout. Following only would be a good restriction, but mutuals only is where I'd say that "personal social networking" truly starts.

smallcircles, 16 days ago @shlee Interesting would be 'topical follows'.. "I follow you wrt shared interest on #cooking and not interested on your technical rants about #FOSS". And then you get topical mutuals that way too. May get to be a bit complex to achieve #UX-wise, but still.
