Well, the Dalai Lama once said that he saw no problem with a human reincarnating as a computer after they die, so presumably once computers get to that level they could also go the other way and reincarnate as humans when they "die."
Presumably this opens the door for the souls of dead computers to go to other afterlives as well, if they meet the appropriate criteria.

rikudou, The God’s only son in the sentence is Jesus. He gave (sacrificed) Jesus and whoever believes in him shall live eternal (and that somehow makes sense to people…), so that verse doesn’t say anything about AI’s possibility to go to heaven.
