@GottaLaff@PandaChronicle Smoke in northern Idaho is bad today. Fingers crosses some of this rain makes it up here. They say it might tomorrow and Tuesday. We could sure use it.

I think it’s coming from the east. They are probably getting it from Okanagan & Spokane, which is where we are getting it from. We’re slightly better off than Seattle but not by much now. Kelowna was to be evacuated
@GottaLaff Yeah lol seems kind of unfair. I liked @Popehat ’s response, something to the efffect of “Not now earthquake we’re having a hurricane…and you wildfires can just fuck right off!”
@GottaLaff Thanks for posting this app! I’ve been having a hard time finding real time info, and understandable predictions for my area in North SD County.
@GottaLaff here in the LA Beach city area the rain is probably still moderate with occasional upticks. The 10 year old and I took a walk earlier and the rain is very warm compared to a “normal“ Los Angeles rain. Usually when it rains here it’s miserably cold. This one feels much more like a Florida rain or a mid western summer rain. The channels near us are flowing swiftly but aren’t filling up too much.
