Justice says he believes that the wants him to repeat a significant portion of the .

He will read pages 6-35.

Each page yesterday took him just a little more than a minute, so this will take >30 mins.

Between that & the testimony readbacks, also expected to take >30 mins, there will likely be >1 hour this morning w/the jury in the courtroom, not actively deliberating.

@Nonilex Wasn't there a point yesterday where the judge asked the prosecutors whether the laptop had WiFi and they answered that it did, and then the judge asked if it could be disabled? Am I remembering that correctly?

"The Why Files" is a youTube channel that regularly has videos with over a million views. They started as a kind of paranormal/fringe science channel that was mostly harmless, and that often debunked conspiracies.

But, they've moved beyond that in to material such as suppressed patents for cars that run on water. And treating climate change like it's a unresolved question. This has made their audience grow.

The things is they aren't just spitting lies. 1/

@futurebird You know what I wonder? All these advertising dollars that so many people are making a "living" from: does anyone know if the advertising really works? I ask because I, personally, am really good at ignoring advertisements. I can say truthfully that I have never clicked on an ad or purchased anything as a result of an ad online. Do other people respond differently? Does the advertising work? Or is it just propping up a huge online phantom economy?

@GottaLaff Man! As hard as we work to get these issues on ballots, the right works just as hard to throw up road blocks. In is close to getting enough signatures to get that issue on the ballot. And the damn legislature just rammed through a bill (on the governor's desk) that will hamper ballot initiatives by allowing the disqualification of whole pages of signatures if someone asks who is paying the gatherer and isn't satisfied with the answer.
