@qgis just a friendly reminder. you are storing your and your customer data and all communication on someone elses computer. even PMs are unencrypted on your instance hosters computer and on the user instance hosters computer. it's not just a technical "PMs are just toots bullshit" if you report as one of two communication participants, your conversation WILL be read by a few people! this is by design! they can even say one is acting creepy of your private two people conversation
