@Theorem_Poem Thanks! I was just exclaiming the other day that every recipe calls for Cremini mushrooms but those are NOT in my store. But Portobello and White mushrooms are (and baby-bellas)

Mushrooms are weird! 😆

I met a mushroom farmer one time while I was hiking. If I ever meet him again I'd have more questions. It sounded like a pretty easy crop to grow.
