MugsysRapSheet, 1 year ago @lauren The problem is Biden can't reveal in advance if he intends to do that or otherwise negotiations will grind to a halt. If the #GOP continues to refuse to negotiate, I'm confident of two things: Biden will invoke the 14th. The next day, the GOP will try to impeach him. 😞 🤦♂️

errg, 1 year ago @lauren I'd prefer the consol bond since it seems completely clear that he has the right to do it, but the 14th Amendment would work too
