@paul Seems like an unforced error brought on at least in part by their inability to stop selling old shit. Dump the old one, name these two choices Apple Pencil Note and A.P. Draw to highlight different use cases, boom done. Now you can get this with your plain iPad and take notes.

But since they still sell ipad9 they need to keep the only pencil that works with it. Since that pencil works with v10 as well and has pressure sensitivity now you have a more desirable old product. What a mess.
