70 vs 20, 2 years ago, then at 72. Only advice is smile, lift your eyebrows, moisturize, use sunscreen. Wish I had used more sunscreen. 😊⛱️
Lines are going to happen, so let them be smile lines. For joints, walk every day. Dogs or walk partners help.
@RickiTarr I also don’t want to hear it from people who’ve had work done or started out a “supermodel.” People will be like “so and so looks amazing for being older.” Oh, you mean that person who started out as one of the most attractive people on the planet and who now gets cosmetic procedures still looks great in their older age? This is like when someone who’s never been overweight gives weight loss tips. What relevance does that have to anyone?

@hopeward I just can't trust that what someone in their 20's is doing for their skin is going to work, because you're too young to have wrinkles, just like I don't know if work out is keeping you healthy long term or would work for my body if you're 25, you're not old enough to understand consequences lol

It's amazing. I started three years ago aged cough and was squatting over 100kg in three months. It's brilliant, and exquisitely doseable.
So he did what we all do at 20, thought he knew it all and was gonna scream it at the world. But because he also had gobs of privilege and support to start, Tim clearly had the answers and had the means to sell them instead.
Then he got old and realized he's a fucking dumb putz like the rest of us, who knows shit about shit.
