The production is exceptional, and as a decade-long cello player in school, lifelong drummer, and occasional guitar and piano noodler these days, I was pleasantly surprised to see real musicians in the credits. I usually expect that kind of sound to be digital these days. Bravo for those choices.
All of which leads me to ask: How long did it take you to piece together such a great collaborative team?

I guess how long... Would be about 2 years, but low key it's just, making the music arrangements and hope they reply to the email or pick up the phone, then making it happen once they do, and working my ass off to afford it haha :)

So, it depends on the song, but I was just never afraid to reach out. I studied music my whole life and reached out to sound engineers when I was ready to record. Then used my network to find the amazing cellist Yoed Nir who works with my idol Regina Spektor and Alex Wharton who works with Aurora, Radiohead and more of my influences. I linked up with more strings players, and the pianist Paolo Cognetti found me and we collaborated

I'm happy some of the time. I'm full of emotions, many hard things happening and mental health difficulties but also a lot I'm very grateful for.
This is a tough question because a year ago I was a very very different person. I know sadness now in levels which I have never known before. But I'm also a better and healthier person with better and healthier relationships. I think if I answer with feeling, in the past few weeks I've been happier than I have been in years.

3. Hell nah. I have no plan right now, I'm just wise guessing. But I have ideas, dreams I pursue. Independence and freedom to fulfil my creativity is in high priority

My aunt got me into jewellery! She's a creator and inspired me. She started teaching me when I was 6. Later in life my Dad taught me more about aesthetics and beauty and I loved putting those values in.
Just non-binary and female-intersex :) I embrace it by wearing clothes that feel gender chaotic, and being completely authentic with my body language and speech, no matter what is expected of me by anyone who sees me as a woman.
