I have to ask, is stuff made from filament fire retardant?

@kel I have not read anything about it, but I would assume not.

It melts fairly easily. I don’t know what it takes to catch it on fire. It also would depend a lot on what type of plastic filament you used.

but, yes, that is an important safety consideration that I had not considered.

Cool, that's what I was getting at, I am sure you would have got there eventually anyway, but always worth a mention!

I helped clear out a house a couple of years back, they had stuck polystyrene tiles to all the walls, all the way up the stairwells to both the upstairs and attic room... which was directly above the kitchen!

I just stared, stunned, in disbelief!
