If you take one thing I say seriously, let it be this...
"You" is not a static thing. It is as unique and as flowing as a river. Who we are changes in each moment. The only thing about us that remains consistent, is our attachment to who we think we are.
When we learn to let go of this attachment, we open ourselves up to becoming more. We transcend our own boundaries and widen our understanding of not just ourselves, but of each other.
