If you're considering attending a Puzzled Pint this month (/cc @ramsey@sean) the location puzzle is up, you'll need to solve it to find out where to go. (well, not actually, you can skip it, but it's good practice!). Google is a valid tool to use.
@preinheimer@ramsey@sean I’m going to make a coffee and print this out. Partly because I like puzzles, but mostly because I want to see how a single answer can reveal the location to people living in different places.
@sean@preinheimer@ramsey Maybe it’s that / in those three would violate the third rule, so they must all be \ instead? I didn’t quite understand that rule and interpreted it as “don’t make a square” in some places to make progress.
@preinheimer@sean When I first looked at this puzzle, I thought, “Uh oh. This is going to be hard,” since I’m neither good at jokes or puns, but then the clue clicked, and the rest of it fell into place after that.
