I'm starting to think that you should not be able to charge or convict someone with "resisting arrest" unless they're charged and convicted (respectively) with some other crime.
Because every time I see that shit it's a way to fuck a brown person after engaging in racial profiling.

@skinnylatte And of course it shouldn’t matter whether the cops believed he was committing a crime; the only thing that matters is whether he was committing a crime, and but this “independent police auditor” is fully ready to let the cops police by vibes instead of laws.
