I had the worst night’s sleep and now I can’t sleep any more at 6.30am. I was looking forward to a lie in since it’s a bank holiday, but body and brain say no. Bah
@That_One_Guy I somehow couldn’t sleep more than an hour or two at a stretch. IDK whether I should allow myself a nap this afternoon or push on through in the hope of getting a better nights sleep tonight. Sorry you have to work 😞
@purplepadma last three nights in a row, woke up with all sorts of ideas and had to read my ebook for more than an hour to get back to sleep. My only strategy is to genuinely not give a shit. That mostly helps
@omnicaritas My husband went downstairs to try to sleep in his recliner chair as he was coughing lying down in bed. That meant he had the company of the cat, who is no respecter of the need to doze. I asked him how he slept and he said, “Great” in a bitter voice
