Having trouble sleeping of late. Not sure why. Might be the light waking me. But I’m always awake around 5 and then I just doze for a bit until it’s time to get up. But I also have tinnitus that’s been quite bad of late and so have a quiet audio thing running on my iPhone every night.

@AutisticMumTo3 @Lazarou I’m incredibly lucky that I have two friends that work for Citizens Advice. Last time I went for a review could tell that the interviewer was rubbing his hands together to cut my benefits.
Then my friend opened her backpack and got out all the rule books for them. Never seen someone’s face drop so quickly.

Ncuti Gatwa is very engaging and the young woman is okay, but all the puns and the meta televisual stuff feel a bit shoehorned… and I don’t really care about any of it. Delightfully performed villain in the second episode, though.
Still…I dunno.

I do feel that potting up some plants (apple mint and chocolate mint) in a trough we bought last week was a better use of my time than a nap. Tom right as usual! We’ve had lunch and we now need to go out to a garden centre we’ve not been to before to buy crushed seashells for our new herb border

Increasingly waking up with . Went online for solutions. Breathing exercises. (Don’t do nearly enough.) Get more sleep. (Interrupted by anxiety!) Drink enough water. (I do.) Improve gut health/flora. (NHS has mucked me around for over a decade now re increasingly debilitating gut/allergy conditions. No help whatsoever.)

It’s a lovely morning outside. I just wish my physical self wasn’t blocking my mental self from seeing it. :/ ☀️

Think it’s last time in grandmas place. Just checking my bedroom from being her carer is empty. Couldn’t do the last of the clearing as I was getting over sentimental about every little thing. Had to get help in.
