Some of it was raver parents bringing their kids and telling them war stories 😆

Go to any classic EDM track on YouTube and the comments are full of, "I'm 50 now but I still love this" or "my dad plays this song" 😂

The mixes themselves were recorded to minidisc. No computers involved.

@soviut I have some very close friends who used to spin Happy Hardcore, and I used to go to a lot of hardcore parties, but I have to admit that I was never really into Gabber.

I used to call it "people screaming in Dutch", which was an accurate description.

But when the Gabber would come on I'd go to the 2nd room that was usually playing trance.
