@liztai Twice recently I have not been able to tip for good service because the restaurant only accepts tips in cash and my friends and I don’t carry it. I pay contactless on my watch

IMHO, you should contact the management of those establishments and let them know that you don't want to patronize them until they ensure that their servers are receiving tips.

@liztai can confirm, Interac (Canadian cashless system) is way too addictive

at least we're not on that Pacific Island where coins are as big as a house
