Please don't drop fake stuff for the lols for April fools.
We all have enough mental bandwidth consumed filtering out active disinformation and innocent mistakes to add to the burden. In general they aren't funny and degrade many folks online experience.
It's really interesting how my Mastodon feed is suddenly producing a flood of posts indicating most of the people I follow turn out to hate this stuff as much as I do.

I saw Lee Camp's standup live, still kinda early in Trump's run, and he started the show off with, "I don't even know what to say anymore, satire is dead-- I bet I could just take a shit right here in the middle of the stage, and it wouldn't even be the weirdest thing you've seen this week."
