As we know. He didn't put up $175M cash free and clear. There are several issues with the collateral, including the ability for Trump to continue to control the account, which would provide the opportunity to remove the funds at any time.

@GottaLaff this whole thing makes sense when you just assume he is lying, broke, and actively selling whatever he can to stay out of prison.

I have read so many things, and heard from so many people and I will never understand why we suddenly decided THIS was the pivot point.
