@ed autistic burnout comes with heightened sensory issues, lowered ability to mask (trying to act neurotypical), losing ability to function normally, getting overloaded a lot easier, etc.

Neurotypical burnout doesn’t usually come with those things.

I’ve been through entrepreneur burnout and I could barely get out of bed for 3 days. Couldn’t process a thought. Brain just stopped working and couldn’t do a damn thing after pushing myself so incredibly hard.
