this is unironically the only reason I had a sleep cycle for a long time
living with a partner and getting to cuddle if I went to bed at reasonable hours with her kept my sleep cycle in check
now I live alone and the lack of cuddles means I have one less reason to want to be in bed

I went onto another schedule tho after I had a different idea for what would work
