Well hell, my burger buns molded at record pace (I swear delivery intentionally gives you the closest stuff to expiring), I guess I'm having burger sandwiches today

@SirTapTap I guess something you could do is store the buns in the freezer. It'll last much longer than if kept fresh, and you could just toast them in something like an air fryer or pan.

@radmin I've been trying to set up a weekly grocery order with enough variety and stuff that I eat it all in a week and actually cook instead of being lazy and eating out, especially with prices going nuts.

IDK if it's preservatives or what but these went bad so much faster than usual I can usually get like 2 weeks if I keep everything sealed. Hoping to go through everything in 1 week now though

They were good anyway, damn it. First time using the griddlerTM worked really well. Hard to eyeball doneness, I gave it an extra minute after this first shot, it was probably already fine though. IT has a sear function I probably should have used to get the proper browning but...ended up covered in cheese anyway
