I am feeling a bit of unease #today. I haven't been able to identify any specific cause other than the world continuing to be as it is.
The sun is still shining though rain is in the forecast for tonight. I think I will spend a little more time in the sun today. I will think about other positive experiences I can cultivate. And I will continue trying out a new to me practice, of trying to substitute curiosity for anxiety.
