Greens and Ind candidates did terrific and Labour have lost the Muslim and progressive vote. She knows people are not flocking to Labour, just not turning out for the Tories. She’s aiming to attract back those who voted Reform and those who didn’t turn out as they think Sunak is too liberal and to minimise seat loses
