Just did a 2nd check for 5 minutes.

Clouds must be blocking... or it hasn't dropped this far south.

I can see what appears to be clear sky a few miles west... but nothing flashing/undulating at this point.

Checked online - best time would be midnight to 2am. I'm not staying up for that... given the cloud cover.

I've seen it on a few trips to U.P. before - so other than difference in intensity... I've seen it.

One site I saw was that it may be possible for all lower 48 to see it... but clouds covering most of east coast to mid-Atlantic. So maybe gulf coast states.

Checked the many webcams around Michigan.

None of them are picking up anything. Just a black sky and city lights... (that should be a lyric of a song... 😉 )
