It's already a G5 extreme level storm now so low latitudes have a chance. I'll go out as soon as the sun sets. I was going to head north, but I don't think I need to.

The geomagnetic north pole being roughly on our side of the north pole means we get to see Aurora at lower latitudes.

Big Pine Key, FL got to see them shortly after sunset. https://spaceweather.com/

I saw the brightest ones soon after sunset, then they got dimmer and dimmer as time went on.

Now to track down where power was lost.
