It’s about 500km north of Gold Coast. I think it’s about on par because we’re still on the coast, but we do work out west a bit too which is usually a lot drier.

@dgar how far north are you, I know a couple of guys who are close to retirement/ selling business who will get bored very quickly and need something else do
