@ashyda „angereicht“ :)) es ist gut zu wissen, dass du die Küche und das Personal im Griff hast. Ich verstehe dich, es ist soooo schwer gutes Personal zu bekommen.
This is an interesting example of green nudging. The word "Vegan" does indeed carry a lot of baggage that some people shy away from. If you label the same “Vegan” product as “Plant Based”, there is often less resistance.

Il y a quelques jours, j'ai fait mon meilleur chilli sin carne a ce jour (chilli #vegan) et c'était excellent en plus d’être peu coûteux.
J'ai commencé par faire revenir un oignon rouge avec une brunoise de carottes, pour enfin rajouter une demi tomate coupée en dés pendant quelques minutes. Sur le coté, j'ai cuit de la viande hachée Happyvore (pour l'effet viande, mais c'est optionnel).
Après quoi j'ai rajouté du coulis de tomate, paprika fumé, haricots rouge et maïs. Le tout a cuit pendant quelques minutes supplémentaires, pour enfin avoir été servi avec un peu de riz blanc :blobcat_3d_spin:
Ahhhh, das war n langer Tag beim #THW und Feuerwehr. Deshalb gibt's jetzt easy #veganes Comfort Food – Kartoffel-Möhrenbrei mit einer sehr hearty Bratensauce mit viel Gemüse drin.
Sieht halt leider echt nicht schön aus, aber ich kompensiere das mit einem Foto von mir beim Fremdgehen. 😌

Ich würde mir gerne ein veganes Kochbuch zulegen, dass auch Grundlagen enthält oder erklärt.
Bei Kochbüchern von Influencern bin ich erstmal skeptisch.
Gibt's sowas? Habt ihr Tipps?

Had some success today with Birger despite the heat. I had physical therapy this morning so Birger and my husband were out in the car with the windows down in the parking lot. Birger passed the time by watching people and sniffing out the window, not a single bark and was calm and not stressed or scared at all. Big win considering it's a brand new place he's never been before, different environment entirely than what he's used to. Now were just relaxing with the fans on, plenty of water and some frozen treats to help keep my boy cool. Linsen Dal mit gebratenen Tomaten, die mir eine sehr liebe Kollegin aus Sizilien vom Familienbesuch mitgebracht hat, dazu Senfkartoffeln und einem Tomatensalat aus den unglaublich leckeren Tomaten.
Ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen, wie lecker die Tomaten sind.
