I got some more pots back from the kiln! Here's a medium-sized bowl. I really like how this glaze turned out.

The outside of the bowl is a combo of blue and green glaze. The foot of the bowl is unglazed.

Then I unintentionally made a breakfast set when I used the same glazes for a bowl and mug.

A bowl made with the same glaze. The inside is a wild mix of colors -- off-white, gold, rust, blue and green -- even though it's only two glazes used together.

time! Here's a bowl I got back from the yesterday. You'd never guess, but I only used one color of glaze on it. Malcolm Shino + gas kiln = magic.

The inside of the same bowl is mostly white and orange. There are prominent throw lines in the bottom that make a bullseye pattern.

Next up is a clay mug that I decided to make square, because why not?

I love this mug, although the glaze did run a bit near the handle. The glaze almost looks like it has gold leaf it it! I'm taking this one to work.

Last up is this lidded jar. It's one of the nicest ones I've made yet. Really like how this glaze turned out.
