Have managed decent afternoon walk, take a few photos, by pure chance bumped into someone I've not seen in ages & chatted in Meadows.
Still tire out easily, so Cloisters for seat, drink & sit with book. First time in a pub in weeks, not been in since the surgery. Beer and book therapy now.
