#Russia top military channels today explicitly threatening with flooding of Kyiv #Ukraine as yet another option for Russia. Yesterday I wrote Russia may consider such a "burned ground" option in case of their military failure, but this mostly applies to the chain of dams upstream from Kherson as Kyiv has tight anti-air defense. Just wanted to present these voices below as a historic evidence of attitudes of Russian armed forces.
